Leads CX design strategy at scale, building Delta’s human-centered design practice and cross-functionally embedding service design across digital and physical experiences. Work spans airport journey redesigns, new mobile self-service features, and executive alignment on enterprise CX priorities; connecting strategy, systems thinking, and storytelling to elevate the travel experience.
