I've spent my career asking one question: How do we design every brand touchpoint; physical, digital, human, and then connect them into experiences that work for customers and the people who deliver them?
That question has taken me from launching innovation labs at Ford (where I pioneered human-centered innovation and hold 7 patent applications, 3 awarded, earning Top 1% Achiever recognition), to optimizing global airport operations at Delta Air Lines (where my strategies drove $100M in operational savings while improving customer experience), to now leading end-to-end experience design at OneMain Financial, where I'm scaling service design across the enterprise.

Corporate jargon is a waste of everyone's time. If you need an acronym to explain your strategy, your strategy isn't clear enough.
The best leaders make themselves obsolete. I want to inspire people to be better than me, not dependent on me.
Your network is your net worth. Build your personal board of directors. I wouldn't be here without mine.
Diversity isn't a checkbox. I fight for equality across race, age, and gender because homogeneous teams build mediocre products.
