Hello, I'm Meg
Design Strategy Leader
Helping teams design where physical, digital, and human intersect.
For 10+ years, I've been moving organizations forward through rigorous facilitation and hands-on design leadership. I've launched innovation labs at Ford, optimized global airport operations, and led strategy across automotive, airlines, fintech, and healthcare. I believe great strategy doesn't live in decks…it lives in what gets built, shipped, and used.
I'm a design strategy leader. I deliver industrial design and service design. Industrial design is not the design of a single product, but every brand touchpoint: physical, digital, human. Service design means connecting those touchpoints into end-to-end experiences for customers and the employees who deliver them. My passion is working at these intersections: where physical meets digital, where brand meets operation, where strategy scales through the people who bring it to life.
I've launched innovation labs at Ford (car companies move like cruise ships, you need a long runway and a clear destination). Optimized operations across a global airport network (airports are just really expensive waiting rooms until you redesign them). Led cross-functional teams through automotive, airlines, fintech, and healthcare. Moving between industries gives me pattern recognition: I see how systems work, where they connect, and what solutions transfer. Sometimes a fintech problem needs an airline solution.
I facilitate with rigor, lead with clarity, and build teams around three principles: democratize information, empower talent, drive impact.
